Supple Bakes – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Supple Bakes, every cake is made fresh to order. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided preparation has not begun.

• Once baking or preparation starts, cancellations are not possible.

• Same-day orders cannot be cancelled.

2. No Refund Policy for Cakes

Since all cakes are custom-made and prepared fresh, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Taste preferences

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability or wrong address

3. Refunds for Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging and delivery. However, if your order arrives broken, damaged, or in unacceptable condition, you may request a replacement or refund.

To process this:

• Contact us within 2 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging

• Our team will review and approve eligible refunds or replacements

4. Non-Delivery Due to Delivery Partner Issues

If your order cannot be delivered due to a driver or service issue (not customer fault), a full refund or redelivery will be provided.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
