Supple Bakes – Local Cake Delivery Shipping Policy

At Supple Bakes, we take great care to ensure your cakes are delivered fresh, safely, and on time. Please review our local delivery policy below.

1. Delivery Areas

We offer local cake delivery within our service radius. Delivery availability is based on your pincode/area at checkout.

2. Delivery Timings

• Deliveries are made between our standard business hours.

• Exact delivery time slots may be selected at checkout (subject to availability).

• We advise placing orders at least 24–48 hours in advance.

3. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for selected cakes and areas. Additional charges may apply.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be displayed during checkout.

5. Handling & Freshness

All cakes are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. However, customers must ensure someone is present to receive the order at the chosen time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or no one available to receive the order:

• The rider will wait for up to 5–10 minutes.

• A re-delivery fee may apply for additional attempts.

• Refunds are not provided for undeliverable orders due to customer oversight.

7. Order Changes

Any change in delivery address or timing must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery. Changes are subject to availability.

8. Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or other unavoidable circumstances. We will inform you promptly if any delay occurs.

9. Customer Pickup Option

If preferred, customers can choose the pickup option and collect their order directly from Supple Bakes during business hours.
